Apple Manages to Keep App Developers Loyal

There is no doubt about the fact that Google’s current Android operating system based smart phones are outselling iPhones more than double but as Google manages to gobble up huge chunks of the market Apple wants to retain its advantage i.e. loyal mobile app developers. There are many app developers who will continue to develop apps for the iPhone and probably only for the iPhone. They often find it much easier to create apps for Apple devices than those that run Google’s Android OS and in some cases more lucrative. It is this allegiance to Apple which has made the iPhone the best smartphone around.
Now later on Monday Apple is seeking to further strengthen its ties with developers by introducing a seris of products at its developer conference taking place in San Francisco. This is an annual conference where Apple attempts to stimulate creativity which is central to its constituency. According to some reports the company may introduce its new version of the success iOS which powers iPads and iPhones. One of the features that many people are expecting is an very eye catching 3D map service which is mainly operated by Apple and which will directly challenge the likes of Google’s map service.
Right now apps tend to be the best weapon that Apple has to wield against Google. The number of software which are available for both iOS and Android systems are varied as the number of apps and racing games which are available for managing recordings. There are many rival technologies which do not stand a chance mainly because of the paucity of apps which includes RIM’s BlackBerry OS and the latest Microsoft Windows Phone OS both of which are trying to persuade developers to make apps for them.
