Dr. Web 7.0 single-user update for Windows

The “Doctor Web” Company updates single-user Dr. Web Security Space and Antivirus Dr. Web products to 7.0 versions for Windows.
The set of updates include corrections and additions which will influence and amend scanner operation process and scanning service – Scanning Engine.
Considerable improvements have been imported in anti-root kit unit: treatment of the active infection is refined, new algorithms of counteraction to the newest threats are implemented. Moreover, all possible problems arising during the process of scanning on root kits, in particular appearance of “blue screen of death» have been eliminated.
Functionality of scanning service – Scanning Engine, and its interaction with anti-root kit unit has been amended, the errors leading to abnormal termination of operation on some systems are rectified.
The errors leading to impossibility of starting from key file, the way to which contains characters of the national alphabet has been rectified. Functions of rebooting or shutting-down computer after the end of treatment or after checking now are executing correctly thanks to the update service version. By the way, the reason of abnormal termination has been eliminated and system resource consumption has been optimized. Function of scanning interruption during the off-line operation from accumulator has been corrected.

Also as a result of the updating amount of information about scanner operation has increased, and it is saved in a log-file, some problems with the user interface were successfully sorted out and the calculation time of the progress-bar checking period and of the remained time counter are shortened.
Update will occur automatically without user’s participation; however after the completing of the updating process computer will be rebooted.
