Thousands of Users Face Temporary Problems with Gmail
The number of users who cannot access their Gmail accounts has nearly doubled and thus Google is really concerned about this matter. Some of the users have also reported that only one account from 3 or 4 is working right now. The search giant is aware of all the complaints and difficulties that Gmail users have to face now and it hopes to resolve the matter in the nearest days. Google has a much respected status and a good reputation and the service apologizes for all the inconveniences, moreover, Google asks users to demonstrate their understanding and patience.
Some of the complaints and notifications concerning the problem have immediately appeared on Twitter, besides, several representatives of the web email service from such large and developed countries as the US, France, Canada, Spain and the United Kingdom were reported to take a very active part in those discussions. A great deal of users has to access Google Mail several times a day and such temporary inconveniences make their life and business rather complicated by evoking unexpected errors. This situation can be compared to a chain reaction, as this temporary error brings great damages not only to Google, but also to its users, who cannot get in touch with their relatives or business partners, clients, and etc., especially in case Gmail was the only way of communication.
Google promised its users that system reliability is the primary goal for the company and a set of urgent measures will be provided soon in order to make all the systems much better.
